HAROLD RICHARDSON
Managing Director
Harold grew up on a farm near Wychbold, which was owned by his grandfather and run by his father and uncle. He moved with his father, mother and the rest of the family to Foxley Farm after the death of his grandfather. At the time, he was working as a butcher and he continued in this until he took over running the farm. It was his decision to diversify the farm that started Richardson’s of Feckenham.

SARA MOGG
Company Secretary
Sara is Harold’s sister and lived on the farm until she married. She runs the financial and accounts side of the business. She worked as a teacher in Wolverhampton for several years and from the beginning ran the accounts and invoicing for the business at weekends and during holidays.
As both Richardson’s and her husband’s business grew, she retired from teaching to have more time to devote to the businesses.
STEVE MOGG
Retired
Steve is Harold’s brother-in-law and - when Harold was looking to diversify - between them they formed the idea of a fencing business to supply farmers’ needs. They then set it up as partners.
Steve has had less practical involvement with Richardson’s as he was also running a successful business designing, fabricating and erecting farm buildings. He therefore has a considerable knowledge of farming and farmers. He is now retired.
RICHARD
Manager
Richard joined us way back in 2002. We had decided to expand and Harold needed more help in the yard. His help in expanding the range of items we sell and his knowledge of the requirements of the farming community has been instrumental in developing the business. He is a fully qualified Registered Animal Medicines Advisor.
Now Harold is semi-retired, Richard runs the business on a day to day basis with the help of his team.
PAUL
Yard Assistant
Paul joined us in July 2022, from his previous job as a gamekeeper. Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge in fencing supplies, pest control and plumbing.
With his friendly outgoing personality, Paul has fitted into our team well and is always on hand to assist and give advice to our customers.
JILL
Assistant Manager
Although she only joined us in April 2021, Jill has become a valued member of our team. She, like Richard, is a RAMA and has a wealth of agricultural experience, both working on farms and selling agricultural supplies. She is now able to run the yard and sales, giving Richard some valuable time off.
